Week 2

Another great week! Keep running, you are doing great! Don't forget to email Coach Olsen with your mileage report for Week 2 if you haven't already done so. So far, the boys ran 204.5 miles for week 2 and the girls ran 46 miles. Let's keep it up the good work!

Summer Mileage

Summer mileage has been added up for the first week. The boys ran 174 miles and the girls ran 100 miles. If you have not sent your mileage report for the first week to Coach Olsen, please do so ASAP. Thanks!

Great first week team! For the rookies, keep at it. Try to come as much as possible during these summer workouts. Ask any of the veterans, the more you come, the easier it gets. Let's have a great second week!
