The racers are officially over! The team has had a fun time in California, which included a trip to Santa Monica were everybody ended up playing on the beach and in the Ocean. Our team and school was well represented-both in conduct and in our performance on the course. Thanks to everybody that made this possible and thanks to our team for all of their hard work! Also, to the parents that made the trek to California-thanks for your support! Click here to see the overall results. Pictures will be posted later on. Shock the World!

It's safe to say you "Shocked the World!" Congratulations on a FANTASTIC finish in the State Championship! Here are some individual Highlights: *Jason Lynch was the 6th place overall runner in State. * Daniel Reich was the 46th place overall runner in State. *Both Jason and Daniel were 2nd place and 19th place respectively in 5A. *Josh Kennedy placed in the top 30 in 5A as well! Let's not forget those of you that got PR's in this race. However, the WHOLE team should be credited for this success-you worked together as a team to accomplish being the 4th best team in 5A, 10th best in State. None of the newspaper articles mentions the school (except in the results section), however this article does mention that Jason took second place. Congratulations again!

Desert News 10K

We had a great showing at the 10K yesterday. The team did very well! The pictures will be posted shortly. Here is the link to check your official time. Alta Invitational

Congratulations to Jason Lynch for winning the 1600 meters on Saturday at the Asics Invitaional at Alta High! Jason's finishing time was 4:36. Deseret News mentions Jason in an article printed in Sunday's edition, you can read it here. Keep up the good work!

State Results

Region Finals

Hey Team! Congratulations on a great meet! Hillcrest qualified for state for the first time in about 12 years-be proud of what you have accomplished. Congratulations also go out to Jason Lynch who placed 6th overall and was All-Region. Here are some pictures of the meet.
